All our products are printed, cut and packed to order. We try to be as quick as we can but it might take 1 – 4 days before your order is on its way.We offer FREE worldwide regular shipping (via postal services) and also express expedited shipping upgrades. Multiple purchase shipping is combined, unless asked otherwise.

REGULAR SHIPPING

We offer FREE worldwide regular shipping via post office. All packages have tracking number, unfortunately not all countries provide tracking information, so sometimes last update is about package leaving our country.

There is always a possibility that customs may hold the package for a few days, so please take this into consideration. While we are doing everything we can for you to receive your order as quickly as possible, we are not responsible for any delays caused by the custom clearance or by the postal system.

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.

Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what the additional costs will be prior to buying.

And if for any reason there is any damage for your order when it arrives (we all know how mail carriers can be sometimes 😊 ) or it is unusually late, please don`t hesitate to let us know, so we can personally look in to the issue right away.

EXPRESS SHIPPING

If you need to get your items faster or you want to your order to be shipped with more predictable shipping carrier, than post office, you can choose express shipping upgrade. Carriers might differ and depends on your location (usually it is DHL, DPD, FedEx) Please add your phone number to your information if ordering with express hipping update. It is necessary for customs and couriers.

We do our best to meet the delivery timescales, but occasionally a parcel can be late due to reasons that are out of our control.

RETURNS

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you can return your items within 14 days from the day you received the package.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. You can use any packaging to return the product to us, as long as it is properly protected.

Custom orders are exempt from being returned.

If the goods are damaged, faulty on arrival or we sent you incorrect order please contact us by mail within 48 hours from receipt of parcel and we will arrange replacement of the goods or issue refund. In this case we will also refund your initial postage and packing charges, so please attach the correct postage receipt.

We are not responsible for application errors during the installation process.

All delivery charges incurred on returns or exchange, other than damaged, faulty items or incorrect order, will be responsibility of the customer. Initial shipping costs will be non-refundable and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.

The item must be returned in unused condition. Any item that is not in the same condition as it was shipped will not be accepted as a return.

Items must be returned to us by “Recorded Delivery” so they can be signed for and it has to have a tracking number. We will not be responsible for returns that are lost in the mail. Please note that we will cover postage costs only in case you return us the product because of quality issues.
